Hydrobond Engineering Limited was formed in 1982 by a team of experienced engineers.
The company was based in Aberdeen to enhance its customer base through subsea technology
because of the presence of offshore oil exploration in the North Sea.
The company further increased its capabilities over the coming years by becoming heavily
involved in Ministry of Defence projects and is now a preferred supplier of electrical
and optical connectors and penetrators to many defence related companies.

Scope:
Design and manufacture of subsea, underwater electrical connectors, optical connectors, electrical pressure hull penetrators, optical
pressure hull penetrators and associated subsea electrical and optical cable terminations. Installation of electrical and optical connectors.
Design and manufacture of specialist underwater and harsh environment cables.
