For underwater gas compression. Suitable for 8000 FSW continuous duty. With most of the easy hydrocarbons already produced or nationally closed to free market development, it is necessary for oil producers to go to deep water recovery techniques for field development.
Due to piping head losses associated with deep wells, its is necessary to place the pumping compressors underwater, near the well head in order to achive profitable flow rates. This vibration transmitter provides a reliable vibration signal for bearing monitoring applications in up to 8000 FSW.
The Deep Water Vibration Transducer is a good solution for continuously monitoring of underwater pumping & drilling apparatus. This case mounted vibration sensor is capable of providing 2 signals: A 2 wire loop powered tranmitter signal proportional to velocity that can be directly connected to a PLC, DCS or set point controller and a raw dynamic signal for secondary analysis purposes. |
